Mental Health

Mental health for women is considered to be an important factor in their overall well-being. Studies show that 1 out of 5 women have or is experiencing a common mental health problem and yet the solution is not evident. The first step to solving mental health in women is to understand the difference these problems have compared to men. It is often easy to generalize mental health and dismiss the impact gender has.

Through education and proper information dissemination, we can help women understand their mental health better.
